The leader consists of a 12 m long main line without memory effect, which is connected to a 30 cm long transparent nylon as a transition to the approx. 50 cm long two-coloured indicator line. The front end of the EURONYMPH leader is an extremely smooth micro ring with a diameter of 2mm, to which you only need to tie your tippet and your favourite nymph. The ready-to-use leader is perfectly balanced in all its parts and saves you the hassle of tying and knotting, so you can concentrate on fly fishing and enjoying your day on the water.
The EURONYMPH COMPETITION leader + indicator line from hotfly is the perfect leader for European Nymphing to combine with the ultra-thin fly lines typical for this fly-fishing technique. This leader is already completely assembled, and all its parts are perfectly matched to each other. A lot of experience and know-how from the international competition scene has gone into the development. It is available in three different lengths and specifically adapted to the rod length used. The 0.20 mm fine, red main line without annoying memory effect is followed by a special two-colour indicator line with an extremely smooth 2 mm diameter micro ring at the front tip, to which you only need to tie your tippet and your favourite nymphs. With this very fine ready-to-use leader you can place even the smallest nymphs with pinpoint accuracy and maintain absolute control throughout the whole drift.
