PAYMENT OPTIONS:
In our fly fishing online shop we offer you the most common payment options to make your purchase as easy as possible. The desired payment method can be selected during the ordering process:
Bank transfer:
The classic payment method. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with all the information about your order. Please indicate the order number on your bank transfer, this makes it easier to allocate the order. Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment. To shorten the processing time, you are welcome to send us the transfer voucher by e-mail: info@1000flies.com
Credit card:
Credit card payments are processed via the Hobex online payment service, registration is not necessary. Once payment has been made, we will immediately receive payment confirmation from Hobex and can process your order immediately.
PayPal:
Over 100 million people use PayPal to make secure payments on the Internet quickly and easily. If you are not yet a PayPal member, registration with PayPal is not mandatory. After successful payment, we usually receive the payment confirmation from PayPal immediately and can process your order immediately.
Safety standard:
A reliable security standard is our highest priority. All payment options we offer are therefore considered to be unrestrictedly secure and have established themselves over the years as proven payment methods in online commerce. PayPal and Hobex protect your financial information with industry leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal and Hobex, your financial information is not shared with us.
SHIPPING:
We use a variety of courier services to ensure efficient service and fast delivery. We can only ship the goods after payment has been received or after the transfer receipt has been sent to info@1000flies.com. After the goods have been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail. This also contains the number for tracking the shipment (tracking number).

UK, Switzerland, Norway, Gibraltar, Andorra:
- Customers from these countries can automatically buy at net prices in our online shop, i.e. without italian prices. value added tax. After successful registration or entry of the delivery address, the shop system automatically changes the prices to net.
- Important note: Any customs clearance fees (customs, VAT) in your home country and any administrative fees for customs clearance will be charged to you directly by DHL Express during the delivery of the goods or subsequently.

Note on fly dispatch:
Our artificial flies are individually placed on foam strips and packed in a stable cardboard box. This elaborate packing method guarantees the integrity during transport. Furthermore, the flies arrive clearly arranged and not in a ball.
