Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (1000FLIES GmbH, Julius-Durst-Straße 66, 39042 Brixen, info@1000flies.com, telephone: +39 0472 055 025) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 30-day period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
