VISION HERO COAST 95 FLY LINE

ALL-ROUND FLY LINE FOR COASTAL FISHING

With the HERO COAST 95, Vision Flyfishing expands the highly popular Hero series with a powerful fly line designed specifically for coastal fishing. Just like the well-known Hero rods, the focus is clear: high quality, easy handling and an excellent price-performance ratio.

EASY TO CAST & POWERFUL IN USE

The Hero Coast 95 is a powerful yet very easy-to-cast fly line, developed to meet the demands of coastal fly fishing. Its 9.5 m head features a smooth, user-friendly taper that suits both beginners and experienced casters.

The head is slightly overweighted, making it easier for beginners to load the rod while providing experienced anglers with extra power for windy conditions, longer casts and larger coastal flies.

HANDLING ZONE FOR CLEAN CASTS

Between the head and the running line, the Hero Coast 95 features an integrated handling zone. This transition section ensures a smoother energy transfer during the cast and noticeably improves the line’s turnover characteristics. The result is better-controlled casts, cleaner loops and an overall calmer casting feel – especially when fishing at longer distances along the coast.

SLOW INTERMEDIATE HEAD & CLEAR VISIBILITY

The head is designed as a slow intermediate and sinks at approximately 0.5 inches per second. This keeps the line just below the surface, reduces the influence of wind and waves, and makes it ideal for sea trout fishing and other coastal applications.

Visually, the Hero Coast 95 stands out with a subtle olive-coloured head that contrasts nicely with the dark running line, making it easier to track line position while casting and fishing.

LOOPS ON BOTH ENDS

Welded loops on both ends allow for quick and easy attachment of backing and leader – perfect for fast line changes or use on multiple reels.
