STROFT GTM

THE NO. 1 MONOFILAMENT FISHING LINE

Maximum strength, ultimate suppleness and uncompromising quality – STROFT GTM is without doubt one of the world's most successful premium-quality monofilament fishing lines. It impresses with an outstanding combination of maximum knot strength and linear strength combined with optimal elasticity. It is no wonder that it has been declared the best monofilament line ever by TÜV Munich and was named the winner in terms of breaking strain by the renowned US magazine ‘The Flyfisherman’. If you are looking for a monofilament nylon line that makes no compromises in terms of strength, sensitivity and suppleness, STROFT GTM is the perfect choice - for all fishing techniques and applications.

INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY FOR MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE

The secret of the exceptional performance of STROFT GTM lies in an advanced, multi-stage tempering process and a continuously optimised polyamide alloy. These unique finishing processes ensure an unrivalled combination of strength and suppleness. The line is subject to constant refinement, so that the latest findings from materials research and practical experience flow directly into production. Over the years, not only has the knot strength – one of the most important properties for a fishing line – been steadily improved, but factors such as surface smoothness, breaking strain, memory effect, flexibility, sensitivity and feedback have also been continuously optimised. Exactly the properties that demanding Sabiki anglers expect from their main line.

ALL COMMON DIAMETERS FOR EVERY TYPE OF SABIKI FISHING

In our online shop, you will find STROFT GTM in the most common diameters for all types of Sabiki fishing in fresh water. The practical 200-metre spools make it easy to fill your fishing reel to just below the spool edge. This way, when fishing with the Sabiki from shore, you can cast your float rig over long distances with minimal effort and thus reach the hot spots more easily.

Like all Stroft monofilament fishing lines, STROFT GTM bears the ‘Line standard’ quality logo of the EFFTA (European Fishing Tackle Trade Association), which certifies the diameter and breaking strain of monofilament fishing lines.

HIGHEST QUALITY FOR DEMANDING FISHERMEN

STROFT GTM is not just a fishing line – it is the result of decades of research and development with the aim of creating the best possible line for demanding anglers. Its blue-grey transparent colour ensures minimal visibility in the water, while the specially developed material structure ensures outstanding abrasion resistance. Whether you're fishing vertically from a boat with the Sabiki or from the shore with a float rig – with STROFT GTM you will always have the perfect combination of strength, sensitivity and suppleness at your side.
