The LIQUID FLOATANT high n dry is a floatant luquid in a bottle into which you can dip your fly for a few seconds. This way your dry fly is wetted from all sides. The liquid penetrates deep into the tying material and the fly becomes 100% water repellent, so that it floats reliably for a long time.

One benefit of this method is that you don't have to touch the dry fly or the floating liquid at all to apply it. This is especially advantageous for CDC flies, which are very sensitive and where rubbing the floating preparation with your fingers could damage the feather fibres. The lid is large enough so that even large and bushy flies such as stimulators and terrestrials can be immersed without any problems.

To remove the excess liquid after application, it is sufficient to make a few additional false casts.

You can use LIQUID FLOATANT high n dry not only directly on the streamside. You can also treat the various tying materials of your dry flies with it at home on the tying vise and give the finished fly pattern excellent buoyancy. For this purpose, we recommend applying the floating liquid with the help of a Q-tip or a very fine brush. This way the liquid will penetrate deep into the material.

The sturdy bottle made of HDPE has a lid with a silicone seal. This effectively prevents the liquid from leaking. The lid is also fixed to the bottle with a tab so that you cannot lose the lid unintentionally. The bottle contains 67 g of the product.
