LOW VISCOSITY GEL FOR MAXIMUM EFFECTIVENESS
GEL FLOATANT high n dry is ideal for making your dry flies long lasting water repellent and therefore buoyant. Once applied, it prevents the tying material of your fly pattern from absorbing water. This water repellent effect ensures dry, light flies that float reliably on the water surface.
Compared to conventional floating agents, GEL FLOATANT high n dry is slightly more liquid and therefore penetrates more easily into the fibres of the material from which your fly has been tied. In this way it guarantees perfect impregnation of all your dry flies. In general, a gel tends to be thicker in winter and thinner in summer. GEL FLOATANT high n dry, instead, has excellent stability and retains its usual viscosity even with slight changes in temperature.
This floating gel is suitable for all types of dry flies, including CDC flies. Simply put a few drops on your index finger or directly on the fly and spread the gel on the artificial fly by gently rubbing it with the gel between your index finger and thumb.
The gel should be shaken well for a few seconds before use. This makes it easy and precise to dispense. The cap is attached to the bottle with a tab so you can't lose it accidentally.
