With the PRESENTATION+ WF, Guideline presents a revised and, in many aspects, improved version of its legendary Presentation fly line, which has been on the market for over 20 years and is still the first choice for many fly fishermen for smaller and medium-sized waters, where an inconspicuous, precise and smooth presentation of the fly is much more important than really long casting distances.

The PRESENTATION+ WF edition is tailored towards the same area of application, but a series of optimisations to the lengths, weights and diameters of the individual line sections have resulted in a fly line that is more versatile and makes it easier for you to cast and delicately present the fly in a wide variety of situations.

The slightly thicker diameters of the handling as well as the running line play a decisive role in the new, even more pleasant casting properties of this fly line. This has several advantages, because on the one hand the weight gap between the head and the rest of the line is no longer as great and therefore the line unrolls more even. On the other hand, this rear part of the fly line is now somewhat stiffer and therefore more stable and balanced when casting. In addition, you can now more easily keep a little more line than just the length of the head in the air when casting. This is particularly useful if you want to cast to a rising fish at greater distances.

The design of the head itself has basically been retained, so that the PRESENTATION+ WF also features a short and powerful head with a long front taper for a smooth transition to the leader and a condensed back taper. However, the weight distribution of the individual sections of the head has been carefully reworked so that this fly line can load the fly rod well to achieve high line speeds with which you can also cast wind-catching flies well. This fly line also shows its strengths on windy days with its compact casting weight in the short head section.

The PRESENTATION+ WF is built on a low-stretch braided multifilament core. Both line ends feature small, factory-welded loops and a laser ID marking for quick identification of the line type. Despite the small line diameter, this line floats well and the smooth and supple coating improves the casting properties and reduces problems with the memory effect even on cold days. The head of this fly line is coloured in a Pale Greyish Gold, while the running line is kept in a subtle Cool Grey colour.
