The real boss in the company

Dog lover

Job: Owner, customer service, procurement
Hobbies: Dog sports & nature

Petra has been at Markus’s side since 2010 and is not only his wife but also the real boss of the business 😉. Born in 1983 and also living in the South Tyrolean town of Brixen, Petra is an indispensable constant in the company, as many threads come together in her hands.

In addition to her professional role, Petra is a passionate dog lover. However, her love of animals goes far beyond a hobby. She is a professional dog trainer and runs her dog school happyluna by Petra Rastner, where she shares her knowledge and experience with other dog owners. She spends a lot of time outdoors, always accompanied by her four-legged friends. As a true nature lover, this is the perfect balance to her work in the company.

Petra is characterised by her honest, direct and appreciative manner towards colleagues, customers and business partners. With her structured way of working and her ability to grasp things at lightning speed, she ensures that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, even in stressful times. Her operational tasks include our customer service – if you write to us, in most cases it is Petra who will reply to you as quickly as possible. She also manages the team in the areas of order picking and logistics. If necessary, Petra also lends a hand herself and makes sure that orders are despatched to you on the same day if things get tight. She also looks after business customers and suppliers and takes care of procurement, ensuring that our warehouse is well supplied at all times so that everything is in stock and your orders can be processed immediately.

Petra is not only a mainstay of the company thanks to the diverse areas in which she is active and for which she is responsible, but also a valuable point of contact for customers, partners and colleagues alike with her experience and expertise.
