Faster than Speedy Gonzales

The friendly voice on the phone

Job: Order picking & service telephone
Hobbies: Travelling

Jasmin comes from Varna, near Brixen, and was born in 1987. She has been an integral part of our team since 2021. Even though she prefers not to be in the limelight, she is an essential part of the team, as she is indispensable for the smooth running of the business. Jasmin is a true master of order picking and can process up to 80 orders a day on her own – and usually without any errors! When you receive a parcel from us, it has most likely been personally picked, packed and prepared for despatch by Jasmin – with the same care she puts into everything she does. Her efficient and fast working methods, precision and sheer drive have earned her the title ‘faster than Speedy Gonzales’ within the company.

But Jasmin is not only active behind the scenes: if you contact us on the service phone, it is often her friendly voice that you hear first and that will help you competently with your enquiries. She is a reliable source for all questions and concerns that our customers contact us with. With her calm and reliable manner, she manages to convey the desired information clearly and comprehensibly in every situation and is therefore extremely valuable for our customer service.

In addition to her work, Jasmin loves travelling and spending time with her family. For her, this time out is the perfect balance to her hectic working day, and it is here that she can recharge her batteries so that she can return to top form every day at work.
