The TRAVEL BASE was born from a beautiful idea of Franco Cottarelli. It is a solid brass tripod, which guarantees excellent stability during fly tying. It can be folded up on itself, taking up so little space. To open and close it is not necessary to act on any bolt, so it is an operation that takes very few seconds. It can be tilted at will and adjusted in height, also leaves free to rotate 360 degrees both the pliers and the forks, this rotation is moderate through the clutch. On the horizontal staff of the TRAVEL BASE there are holes that serve as a fly tying tool holder, also this support system will allow you to have maximum stability even when it is placed on uneven ground, such as stones or logs. The Travel tripod can be combined with the Standard fork, the T-Rex fork and all Shuttle pliers (available separately).
This is only the base, to be able to tie your artificial flies you must necessarily buy also the Shuttle Pliers or the fork (Standard - T-Rex) + head.
