HELMI OUTFIT

WELL-BALANCED FLY FISHING OUTFIT WITH IMPRESSIVE QUALITY

The HELMI OUTFIT by Vision Flyfishing delivers a level of quality that is anything but standard in this price range. All components are perfectly matched to create a harmonious setup that is easy and controlled to cast. This outfit is equally well suited for beginners looking for a stress-free start, as well as for more experienced fly anglers searching for a reliable and uncomplicated setup.

HELMI ROD – FORGIVING, POWERFUL AND SENSITIVE

At the heart of the outfit is the specially developed 4-piece Helmi fly rod with a medium-fast action. It loads smoothly even with shorter line lengths and forgives common casting mistakes without feeling soft or imprecise. At the same time, the rod offers enough backbone for accurate casts, controlled drifts and confident fish handling – even when targeting stronger fish. The well-balanced action provides excellent feedback and very intuitive handling.

HERO REEL & HERO 95 FLY LINE

The rod is paired with the proven Hero fly reel featuring a durable die-cast construction known for its reliability and ease of use. For optimal performance, the outfit comes fitted with the extremely popular Hero 95 fly line. This line is particularly easy to cast, supports clean loop formation and helps deliver quick success – especially during the early stages of fly fishing. Backing and a 9’ tapered leader are professionally pre-rigged.

PRE-SPOOLED & PRACTICALLY PACKED

The HELMI OUTFIT is delivered fully spooled and ready to fish – unpack, assemble, tie on a fly and start fishing. This is a major advantage, especially for beginners, as no additional components are required. For safe transport and convenient storage, the outfit comes in a durable Cordura rod tube with an integrated reel pouch, protecting both rod and reel.
