THE FLY ROD SET INCLUDES:
VERSATILE FLY ROD WITH BALANCED ACTION
The LITECRAFT FLYMASTER 9' #5 is a modern all-round fly rod featuring a medium-fast action, designed for a wide range of techniques and waters. Its powerful yet sensitive blank allows for precise presentations at various distances – whether you're casting dries, nymphs, or light streamers. Thanks to its balanced casting behavior, longer casts are easy to achieve without sacrificing control. A well-thought-out rod concept that combines lightness, backbone, and accuracy in one.
YOUR CHOICE: THREE FLY REELS – EACH WITH A UNIQUE CHARACTER
To let you fine-tune the setup to your needs, you can choose from three Hotfly fly reels in the matching size – each with its own character and specific strengths. All reels can be easily converted from left-hand to right-hand retrieve.
LITECRAFT Fly Reel: A modern freshwater reel, CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061‑T6 aluminum. It combines a robust construction with low weight, which is especially pleasant on long fishing days. The closed frame securely guides even thin lines or mono, making it ideal for everything from classic dry fly and nymph fishing to modern Euro nymphing – a highly versatile reel. The reliable, smooth, and precisely adjustable carbon disc drag gives you full control in every situation, even with fine tippets.
VIPER Fly Reel: Also CNC-machined from 6061‑T6 aluminum, this reel features an open-frame design and a large arbor spool. This allows for quicker line pickup and reduces line memory – which in turn enhances casting distance and precision. The finely adjustable carbon drag comes with a textured drag knob that ensures secure handling, even when wet or cold. The #5/6 size version is perfectly matched to classic all-round setups with 9' #5 rods and offers ample capacity for WF line plus backing.
BEAST Fly Reel: The BEAST reel features precision CNC-machining for flawless construction and outstanding durability. Its open-frame design with generous cutouts keeps it exceptionally lightweight without compromising stability. The reliable, smooth-starting drag system gives you full control throughout the fight and is easy to fine-tune via the large, grippy drag knob. With its super large-arbor spool, you benefit from fast line retrieval and reduced memory – ideal for versatile use on the water.
RIVERSPEED WF FLY LINE & BACKING – FULLY ASSEMBLED
The RIVERSPEED WF #5 fly line is designed for accurate, controlled casts and maximum versatility. Its balanced taper makes it easy to handle at both short and long distances, offering excellent energy transfer into the leader. The low-friction surface coating ensures smooth line flow through the guides, while the special coating keeps the line reliably high on the water.
The set also includes line backing in high‑visibility fluo yellow, pre-spooled onto the reel. That means you can head straight to the water without worrying about rigging, knots, or compatibility.
READY FOR ADVENTURE – STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX
The UNIVERSAL CLASSIC FLY PRO fly rod kit is made for those who want to get straight to fishing – with gear they can count on. No guesswork when choosing components, no fiddling before your first cast. Each combo is expertly assembled and shipped ready to go. Just connect the rod sections, attach the reel, tie on a leader and fly – and you're ready to hook into your first fish. A setup that doesn't limit you – it inspires you.
