THE MONOMASTER

YOUR SMART COMPANION FOR CLEAN POCKETS AND WATER

When you go fishing, you inevitably end up with bits of line – for example, when you change the leader, tying new rigs or when you tie on a new fly pattern. These remnants are not only annoying, but also very difficult to deal with: Longer pieces of line will get stuck everywhere on your equipment, even if you put them in a pocket of your fishing vest, and the next time you open it, you will pull out all sorts of things with the resulting line wig. Shorter pieces of line, on the other hand, end up tucked away somewhere in the corners of your pockets and become a nuisance in the washing machine at the latest. This is where the MONOMASTER comes in. This compact, lightweight tool puts an end to the chaos and ensures that you can easily, cleanly and safely store and dispose of your line ends at home. After all, as anglers, we should be particularly concerned about keeping our waters clean and as natural as possible so that we can continue to enjoy our favourite hobby for many years to come.

WHY CHOOSE A MONOMASTER?

Did you know that it can take several hundred years for fishing line to completely decompose and break down in nature? Even though it is made of synthetic material and appears harmless, it can cause significant problems if disposed of improperly. Birds and many other animals can become entangled in the line and perish miserably. In addition, microplastics are released into the environment via the slowly decomposing fishing line. With the MONOMASTER, however, all these issues are a thing of the past. Not only does this smart tool help protect the environment, but also makes it incredibly easy to deal with leftover line – at the water's edge as well as at home.

HOW THE MONOMASTER WORKS

The handling of the MONOMASTER is child's play and yet well thought out:

Insert the leftover line: When trimming or changing a leader, hold the leftover material against the narrow slot on the side of the MONOMASTER so that it comes into contact with the fine hooks on the spool.
Wind up: A quick twist of the convenient handle automatically winds the line neatly onto a drum inside the MONOMASTER. If you slightly twirl the leftover line, the tiny hooks on the spool will immediately catch and pull in the entire bundle with ease. The mechanism is smooth and easy to use even with cold hands.
Clean and tidy: All line remains safely inside the MONOMASTER, as it is held securely by the fine hooks on the drum. This way, they cannot come loose and get lost when you are out and about.

EASY EMPTYING AT HOME

At home, disposing of all the line you have collected is just as easy as using it on the water:

Open: Pull off the bottom cap of the device. This will give you access to the drum on which the line is rolled up.
Remove the line: The inner drum has a convenient slit. Run a pair of scissors along this slit to easily cut and remove the rolled-up string.
Disposal: You can simply dispose of the cut-off line ends in your household waste – cleanly, quickly and without any annoying tangling.

Due to this clever design, your pockets and washing machine will stay tangle- and trouble-free.

COMPACT, EASY TO USE AND VERSATILE

As well as its functionality the MONOMASTER has a clever design. Tts compact size means it fits easily into any pocket, can be attached to a D-ring on your fly vest or conveniently attached to a retractor. Made from lightweight yet durable material, it is a long-lasting companion that will serve you well for years to come.

A MUST-HAVE FOR ANY ANGLER

Whether you are fishing on a river, lake or coast, the MONOMASTER is the perfect solution for collecting line waste safely and easily. With its clever handling and practical emptying system, it will quickly become an indispensable part of your fishing equipment.
