jmc CHESTPACK COMPETITION

With the CHESTPACK COMPETITION, the French company jmc wanted to create a product suitable for those situations in which you need to bring with you a lot of fly tackle. Surely it is not the most suitable to practice two hours of fishing in the stream near your home, but if you are away and you want the certainty of being ready for any eventuality, both at a technical level and at a meteorological level, the CHESTPACK COMPETITION is right for you. With this backpack you can carry a lot of fly tackle and store it in a practical and tidy way, you will also have all the space to bring with you rainproof clothing and packed lunch.

In the front we find immediately a very smart pocket that will allow you to accommodate your tippet bobbins in a very practical way. Inside this pocket, equipped with magnetic closure, there are in fact two mesh compartments in which you can accommodate up to 4 tippet bobbins. The upper part of this pocket is equipped with 4 holes that will allow you to let out the tippet so you can make your leader in a practical and fast without having to open the pocket.

The next pocket is also equipped with a magnetic closure that allows you to have quick and easy access to your fly tackle. This very large pocket has been designed to accommodate the fly boxes, we find in fact inside 3 mesh compartments that will allow you to arrange your fly boxes in an orderly manner.

On the sides of the main pockets there are 2 smaller pockets with zip closure that will allow you to store small fly tackle. In front of these pockets there are 4 strings in reinforced fabric that will give you the opportunity to attach additional fly tackle. Also in the front there are 2 tool-tabs that allow the housing of other fly tackle and an area lined with velcro, very useful for attaching a fly patch.

On the back of the CHESTPACK COMPETITION there is a handle that allows you to carry the backpack comfortably when not wearing it and under this handle there is 1 D-ring, ideal for attaching the landing net.

There are 3 pockets in the back, all with zip closure. The main pocket is very large and will allow you to store rainproof clothing and sandwiches. Inside this pocket there is a mesh divider and a hook to fix for example the keys of the car, to have them always at hand without having to rummage in the backpack to look for them and especially without the risk of accidentally losing them on the stream.
