Our PEACOCK QUILLS HAND STRIPPED are a natural fly-tying material of the best quality, made in Europe. The strips are available in a wide range of colours and suitable for making nymph bodies, emergers and even dry flies. It excellently imitates the classic body ribbing of insects.
The TAPERED SYNTHETIC QUILL from hotfly makes tying fly bodies easier in many ways. You can tie it in better on the narrower side, the conical shape makes the abdomen more realistic and the self-adhesive strips make the precise winding of the quill strips much easier and more comfortable for you. The TAPERED SYNTHETIC QUILL is available in many different colour combinations and 20 Quill strips of 10 cm length per pack.
Hotfly's SYNTHETIC QUILL is a synthetic fly-tying material to luild up insect bodies that is stronger and easier to use than natural quill. It is ideal for tying fly patterns from size 8 to 18. Each pack contains 50 strips of SYNTHETIC QUILL, approx. 110 mm long (20 pcs. approx. 1 mm wide and 30 pcs. approx. 0.8 mm wide).
Hotfly's SYNTHETIC QUILL is a synthetic fly-tying material to luild up insect bodies that is stronger and easier to use than natural quill. It is ideal for tying medium to large fly patterns. Each pack contains 17 strips of SYNTHETIC QUILL, approx. 110 mm long (7 pcs. approx. 3 mm wide and 10 pcs. approx. 2 mm wide).
SQUIRMY WORMS is a latex tube with a thickness of 2.5 mm, suitable for tying imitations of worms, such as the classic san juan worm. This innovative construction material is very elastic and resistant but above all it has an excellent movement in water, making your artificial worms very captivating. Warning, do not expose the SQUIRMY WORMS material directly to sunlight because uv rays damage the material.
NATURFIL by hotfly is an ingenious material for building nymph bodies. These are natural gut strings which, when wet, realistically reproduce the shape, texture and colours of nymph bodies. In order to facilitate the assembly and winding of the NATURFIL onto the hook, we recommend wetting the string in warm water beforehand. Once wet, the material expands slightly. Available in various colours and diameters.
The MOP FLY BODIES are used to make caddis, larvae or more simply as a stimulator. It is a very simple product to tie and makes the fly tying very fast and with really satisfactory fishing results.
