ROD AND REEL COMBO FOR SEA TROUT
The rod and reel combo LAXA SEATROUT Guideline is designed for beginners as well as for advanced fly fishers. The selected products are of high quality and well matched. This combination of fly rod, fly reel, fly line and leader is primarly designed for larger fish like sea trout.
Backing, fly line and leader are already spooled on the reel. This way, you can get started straight away with this rod and reel combo when it arrives at your home. Unpack it, go to the water, attach the fly and you can catch your first fish.
The rod and reel combo consists of:
- a LAXA fly rod in 9'6'' length, with medium-fast action, excellent balance and line class #7. The rod is equipped with full-wells handle and fighting butt. The practical 4-section design also makes the rod very easy to transport.
- a FAVO 79 fly reel with large arbor spool, lightweight design and reliable reel drag.
- a LAXA WF fly line, with 8.5 m head, which loads the rod very well and is particularly suitable for stretching the leader well even under difficult situations. Can also be combined very well with a polyleader (available separately).
- a 12' long conical monofilament leader - 0X/0,28mm
- sufficient backing
The rod and reel combo LAXA SEATROUT is delivered in a very practical rod carry tube where you can store the fly rod with attached fly reel.
